Wynedra Moore

Sister Wynedra L. Moore was born December 15, 1972, and is a native of Denver, Colorado. She graduated from Montbello High School in 1991. She received a scholarship to attend Front Range Community College and graduated with a degree in nursing. She has worked as a surgical nurse at Veteran’s Administration Hospital, Surgery Center of Aurora, Rose Medical Center, and Aurora Medical Center- South Campus. She is currently the Materials Manager for Children’s Hospital in Aurora.

Sister Wynedra is the one and only daughter of Deacon Bill and Deaconess Sallie Guidry and she has one brother, Wylon. She grew up and was baptized at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church under the Pastoral leadership of Rev. Dr. Willie C. Jones. While growing up, she attended Sunday School, sang in the choir, and participated in many ministries of the church.

For twenty-three years she has been married to the love of her life, Rev. Dr. DeWayne Moore, and together they have three beautiful daughters: DeJanae, Desirae, and Destiny; and one beautiful grand-daughter Kaylonie Paris Moore Collins (born 6/10/20). She currently serves as the Youth and Children’s Ministry Director for Ebenezer Baptist Church where she is so faithful in teaching our young people about God and His word.

Her favorite song is “Real, Jesus is Real to Me” and her favorite scripture is John 3:16 which says, “for God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have eternal life.”
